After the reformat I have not been able to reconnect social club to fivem. The home computer worked correctly by connecting to social club and I could use same characters on both depending on where I was. I use the game on two computers, one at work and one at home. I had to reformat my computer recently and ever since I have been unable to connect Rockstar Social to FiveM.
